Joe Fabrizio CEO
 Joe
formed MidTech Partners in 2002. Prior to MidTech, he held several
executive management roles in information technology and professional
services where he oversaw business operations, sales and customer
service. He offers a strong technical background, combined with
operational management experience to drive business growth and offer
exceptional service to MidTech clients. Joe has a Bachelor
of Arts in Computer Science from Pace University.
Tom Stocker
COO
 Tom
joined MidTech in 2006, and has 15 years of healthcare IT experience,
including Department Director, Big 6 Healthcare Practice Consulting Manager
and CIO of a healthcare corporation. Tom also has 10 years IT vendor
experience as a General Manager and COO. Tom has a BS from the Leeds School
of Business (University of Colorado) and an MBA in Finance and Accounting
from Regis University.
Howard
Massingill VP for
Healthcare Solutions
 Howard
joined MidTech in 2005, and has 41 years of IT experience. For the past 24
years he has worked in healthcare IT, both as a hospital CIO and in Services
Management roles for various vendors. Howard graduated from the University
of North Carolina (UNC) with a degree in History and Political Science and
from the Young Executives Institute of the Graduate School of Business at
UNC.
